How do you choose my child’s tutor?

We match on year level, your area and the times that suit your family. Every tutor’s qualifications are checked before they join, and tutors are reviewed each term.

What if the tutor can’t make a lesson?

We arrange a replacement for the same subject, level and schedule, so your child doesn’t miss out.

How are lessons booked and paid?

Tell us the language and level you’re after. We confirm your starting level, then send your enrolment and payment details; language lessons are paid per level by bank transfer, and tutoring is invoiced per term. Teams receive one invoice per term, to the company.

Do lessons happen at home or online?

Either. Tutors come to your home in Suva and surrounds, and lessons are available online anywhere. Team lessons can run at your office.

Do you teach adults and teams?

Yes. One-to-one lessons for adults at any level, and language training for staff in small groups, with attendance and progress reporting. See language lessons.

Are your translations accepted by Fijian courts?

Yes. We are certified by the Fijian Ministry of Justice (since 2019). Certified translations carry our stamp, signature and a statement of accuracy. See translation and interpreters.
